Returns Policy

We will gladly accept your return for a store credit or exchange within 30 business days, returned items must meet the following requirements:  

 

  • Returned within 30 days of receipt of receiving your order.  
  • In original packaging, tags intact, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.  

 

Non-returnable items include: 

  • Formal gowns 
  • Final Sale items . 
  • Pre-orders 
  • Accessories 
  • Hats 
  • Cosmetics 
  • Undergarments including lingerie, bodysuits 
  • Products received in a condition other than their original condition 
  • Products received without an authorised RN # 
  • Products without Original tags/protective hygeine stickers attached 
  • Products that are marked or damaged in any way  

 

*Due to hygiene & safety, we stress sizing guidelines and chat services are utilized to ensure the perfect fit for swimwear, if unsure of your size please try swimwear over underwear to ensure your return Is valid if need be returned. 

 
*Please note Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. If this occurs, the item will be returned to the address on the original order. 

 

REFUNDS

If you are entitled to a refund, your refund payment will be issued back to your original payment method used for payment of the order.

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect back into your account depending on your banking institution/payment provider.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS 

If you have received a faulty item please lodge a return via our returns center, ensure to attach a clear photo of the fault, once our returns center assesses and deems the item as faulty, you will be required to return the product at our expense and we will issue a replacement, store credit or refund including delivery charges. 

 
LODGING RETURNS: 

Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Blushque and for re-shipping for exchanges- we recommend adding insurance on items, as our customer service team is unable to compensate in the event the items are lost. 

 If you are returning an item due to an error we have made, please contact us at sales@blushque.com and we will take alternate options.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:

 Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. 

 

*Please note original & return shipping charges are non-refundable 

AFTERPAY 

If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will issue a store credit. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. If you have any further Afterpay queries please contact Afterpay on 1300 100 729
