Returns for Store Credit or Exchange
We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 21 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

Returned within 21 days of delivery

In original packaging with tags attached

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (free of odour, makeup stains, pet hair, or other markings)

Hygiene stickers intact where applicable

Accompanied by an authorised Return Number (RN#)
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, and unless deemed faulty under ACL, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following:

Formal gowns

Final Sale items
-
Pre-orders
-
Accessories and hats
-
Cosmetics or beauty items
-
Undergarments (including lingerie and bodysuits)

Swimwear without hygiene seal

Items returned without original tags or in unsaleable condition
Important: We recommend trying swimwear over undergarments to maintain return eligibility if you are unsure of sizing. Use our sizing guide or chat with us before purchase to ensure the best fit.
Returns Assessment
Blushque reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with this policy. Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer at their original shipping address.
Refunds
We offer refunds only if the request is lodged within 7 days of delivery, and the item meets the conditions listed above.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or the error is ours
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty or misrepresented, please lodge a return through our Returns Portal and attach clear images of the issue.
If the item is assessed as faulty, you are entitled under Australian Consumer Law to:

A repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the severity of the fault

A refund of any delivery charges related to the faulty item return

We will cover postage costs for faulty returns and may advise you on proper disposal if return is unnecessary
Lodging a Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping and exchange reshipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error by Blushque

We recommend using a trackable service with insurance, as we are not liable for lost return parcels

If the return is due to our error, please contact sales@blushque.com and we will offer alternate arrangements

Return Processing Time
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt. We will notify you by email once your return has been reviewed and the outcome is confirmed.

Consumer Guarantees
This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product you purchase fails to meet consumer guarantees (e.g. not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or does not match description), you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or repair.
