If the item is sold out usually it will notify you prior purchase, however if this is not the case, Email us at sales@blushque.com and we will notify you when the item will be re-stocked and how long it will take- normally we will make an urgent order for you, and advise you of an ETA for delivery.

If the item says "pre order" this means we have a high demand for this piece and we are working on ordering it in ASAP! normally it will take 1 to 2 weeks or so,* please note if the order is customized it may take a little longer.

PLEASE NOTE there is no change of mind on pre-orders once they have been confirmed.

If you live in a Metro area in Australia and you select express post and your order is placed before 2pm AEST, we will send your order out the same day, and you will receive your order within the next 2-3 business days.

Express shipping could take 2-7 business days for WA and rural areas.

At BLUSHQUE, it is our priority to ensure that customers are completely happy and satisfied with their purchase.

We will gladly accept your return for a store credit within 14 business days from the time of delivery, returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Returned within 14 days of receipt of receiving your order.
  • In original packaging and all tags & hygiene stickers intact.
  • Item is unworn, free of make-up stains, unwashed and free of odor.
  • Please ensure that all swimwear is tried on over your own underwear, in the instance where it’s obvious that this has not been done we may refuse an exchange your items due to hygiene reasons.

Shipping Returns: You are responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to BLUSHQUE and for re-shipping for charges- we recommend adding insurance on items.

If you are returning an item due to an error we have made, please contact us at sales@blushque.com and we will take alternate options.

Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7 business days from arrival. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and you will be issued a store credit. Please note our store credits do not expire and can be used at any time!  

  

Lodge a return

To lodge a return simply visit our
returns center and enter your order number.

If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately and we will make changes for you.

If the order ships out prior to your email, we aren’t able to change it once our courier picks up the parcel.

The parcel will be returned to sender and you will be required to pay a shipping fee to have this re-shipped. 

If you have incorrectly placed your order and would like to change the style/size, please email us right away with the subject as: CHANGE MY ORDER.

Please note due to fast turn around times we are unable to guarantee we can amend your order we will do our best to change your order right away before the warehouse dispatches.

AUSTRALIAN
If your package is returned to us, we can send it right back, however current local shipping charges will apply.

INTERNATIONAL

CUSTOMS TAX

If you refuse your package due to customs tax or change of mind, we will gladly cancel and refund the order for you, note that there will be a 35% of shipping and restocking charges of the total order value. If you would like the order re-shipped you will need to pay $14.95USD and will will immediately arrange to have your items sent back out again.

WRONG ADRESS
If in the event the incorrect address is placed on your order, you will be liable to repay the re-shipping costs.

BLUSHQUE is not responsible for any customs taxes or duties applied to your order. Please note shipments outside of Australia may be subject to Duty/Tax charges, We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax under any circumstances. 

Only one promotion code can be applied per order. 

Unfortunately, we cannot price adjust orders that were placed outside of the promotional period.
