The Item i want says "pre order" or I received an email saying it is out of stock?

If the item is sold out usually it will notify you prior purchase, however if this is not the case, Email us at sales@blushque.com and we will notify you when the item will be re-stocked and how long it will take- normally we will make an urgent order for you, and advise you of an ETA for delivery.

If the item says "pre order" this means we have a high demand for this piece and we are working on ordering it in ASAP! normally it will take 1 to 2 weeks or so,* please note if the order is customised it may take a little longer.


PLEASE NOTE there is no change of mind on pre-orders once they have been confirmed.

 

If I order something today, when will i receive it?

If you live in a Metro area in Australia and you select express post and your order is placed before 2pm AEST, we will send your order out the same day, and you will receive your order the next business day!

Express shipping could take 2-7 business days for WA and rural areas.

Please Note* Blushque also has the option for Standard post, which can take 3-5 business days, Please visit our shipping page for more information.

 

My country is not on the Shipping List.

How do I know I will choose the right size for me?

Our sizes generally tend to run small, however we have created a Size Chart to give you an idea, most of our stock is designed stretchy to form fit, however some designs may vary compared to others, If you are still unsure  about your size we are here to help! contact us here and the girls in our office will happily help you pick the right size for you, alternatively each product has a "what size fits best" button, fill out your details and we will suggest some sizes that may best suit you.

If you are a first time online shopper with us, and are not sure of your size, we also encourage you to purchase 2 sizes of the same Item, this way you don't have to wait for a re-order and we will happily return and fully refund the other size. How do i return my Item?

When do Store Credits apply?

If you return your Item within 14 days of purchase we will issue you with a store credit.
In rare circumstances, if we don't have your desired size for exchange or purchase, we will issue you with a store credit where you will be able to re-visit our site and purchase another item of your choice subject to availability.

 

How do Gift Cards work?

Gift cards are super easy to use, instead of clicking "Add to cart" all you have to do is click "Send as a Gift"your recipient will receive an email or SMS upon payment.

Can I send Gift Cards if I am an International Customer?

Absolutely! we ensure that our customers can send their gifts World Wide, Just be sure to enter the correct email address of the person you wish to send the gift to.

 

How long are Gift Cards Valid for?

Our Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
